| Description
| - This experimental setup was developed in means of investigation of the detection mechanisms of a variety of radiation semiconductor detectors. Function of this setup is oriented on measurement and analysis of current pulses induced by red and infra-red lasers, minimum ionizing particles, and alpha particles. The pulses are amplified by wide-band amplifiers and stored using a digital scope, and numerically analyzed by means of Ramo theorem. The experimental setup is arranged in a metal case shielding electromagnetic noise. This case is placed in a flow box providing air with defined cleanness level and has a bored back side for continuous clean air flow. The setup is equipped by a system of dry air and by temperature monitors. Guarantee of the cleanness air level permits to manipulate high-granularity position-sensitive semiconductor detectors. The dry-air system and temperature monitors allow to measure studied samples under adjustable temperature (from -30°C up to room temperature).

- Sestava byla navržena a sestavena pro zkoumání detekčních mechanismů polovodičových detektorů ionizujícího záření. Funkce sestavy je orientována na měření a analýzu rychlých signálů indukovaných červeným a IR laserem, minimálně ionizujícími částicemi a alfa částicemi. Pulsy jsou zesilovány širokopásmovými zesilovači, digitalizovány, následně uloženy digitálním osciloskopem pro pozdější numerickou analýzu vyžívající Ramova teorému. Experimentální sestava je umístěna v skříni stínící elektromagnetické rušení, která je umístěna ve flow-boxu poskytující vzduch s definovanou čistotou. Proudění vzduchu skrz skříň je umožněno díky perforované zadní stěně. Testovací sestava je vybavena zdrojem suchého vzduchu a teplotními čidly. Garance čistoty prostředí dovoluje bezpečnou manipulaci s polohově citlivými polovodičovými detektory s vysokou granularitou. Systém suchého vzduchu a teplotní čidla dovolují studovat detekční mechanismy vzorků v rozsahu teplot od -30°C až do pokojové teploty. (cs)
