Description
  • The railway is moving now rapidly toward a modern service transportation industry. High Speed Rail systems are already operating in the many countries and new railways are also planned in the Czech Republic. Incidents where a train derails on the approach to a structure and collides with the structure are rare. However, the potential consequences are very severe so the risk cannot be ignored. The objective is to minimize the risk to people, structures and environment. The suggested approach is to optimize design, which can be applied for any type of structures and trains. The main risk associated with the impact of a train is harm to persons travelling in the train. It follows that the top priority should be to minimize this risk. The structures build in vicinity to high-speed railways should be designed and existing structures should be protected against the impact in order to achieve the design velocity up to 300 km/h.

  • Cílem příspěvku je optimalizace nosných konstrukcí stavebních objektů vystavených účinkům nárazů od vysokorychlostních vlaků. Hlavním cílem je ochrana cestujících, uživatelů staveb, konstrukcí a prostředí, proto nově budované konstrukce ale i existující konstrukce v okolí vysokorychlostních tratí musí být chráněny proti nárazu.
