Description	This article is focused on destription of some reasons of damage of concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Some influences of industrial environment are described and some conflicts of standards are described too. Described information were obtained during inspection of many industrial structures, especially concrete cooling towers and industrial chimnes. (en) Článek je zaměřen na popis některých příčin poruch betonových a železobetonových konstrukcí. Jsou popsány některé negativní vlivy průmyslového prostředí, současně jsou diskutována i některá konfliktní ustanovení v normových podkladech. Uváděné informace a poznatky byly získány během průzkumů mnoha průmyslových staveb, zejména betonových chledicích věží a průmyslovych komínů.
