Description	This document presents numerical study of two 2D two-phase flow CFD solvers tested on the simplied 2D boiler geometry. It shows that the fluidized bed appears only with the gas dynamic viscosity low enough. Otherwise the turbulent ow turns to laminar and the solid phase is dragged out of the chamber.
