Description
  • The purpose of the present work is to investigate the La2-xSrxCoO4 system in the whole accessible region of Co3+/4+ valence, using the X-ray and neutron diffraction, measurements of magnetization, electric and thermal conductivity, and thermopower. The study will try to show how the quasi 2D character of the samples modifies the properties, as compared to their 3D counterparts with a similar extent of hole doping.
