Description
Pomocí energiově disperzní mikroanalýzy bylo opakovaně ověřováno zda nalezené změny v charakteru mikrostruktury a mechanických vlastností nebyly důsledkem změn chemického složení. (cs)
  • The research dealing with the study of fractographical aspects of failure mechanisms in relation to the chemical composition of tungsten alloys and on the technological processes of their preparation (i.e., cold working reduction ratio and consequential heat treatment) has been carried out. Three sets of damaged specimens with different chemical composition were subjected to the experimental programme. All specimens were prepared by the method of powder metallurgy. In each set, they differed by the reduction ratio of cold working in the range from 24.8% to 70.4% and by the heat treatment (the original state and state after annealing at 500 °C/2h). The study of fracture micromorphology and character of longitudinal metallographic sections was made by scanning electron microscopy. By means of X-ray microanalysis, it was repeatedly verified whether the found changes of microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties had not been due to the local changes of chemical composition.
