Description
  • Accumulative roll bonding (ARB) enables the production of large amounts of ultra-fine grained (UFG) sheets and it is thus a promising method for industrial applications. The rolling bonds the sheets and after 6 to 8 cycles, UFG materials with high strength and good ductility are produced. The effect of roll bonding at 200°C was studied. The hardness rises significantly after two cycles and during following cycles it raises only a little. A mean grain size of 0.4 to 0.8 micrometers is achieved.

  • Cyklické válcování (ARB) umožňuje výrobu velkého množství ultra jemnozrnného materiálu a je proto slibnou metodou pro průmyslové aplikace. Válcování spojuje plechy a po 6 až 8 cyklech získáváme ultra jemnozrnný materiál s vysokou pevností a dobrou tažností. Byl studován vliv ARB při 200°C. Tvrdost strmě vzrůstá po prvních dvou cyklech a při dalších cyklech roste už jen mírně. Je dosaženo střední velikosti zrna 0,4 až 0,8 mikrometru. (cs)
