Description
  • This work concerns with deformation measurement in the vicinity of friction trace caused by friction on the pin-on-disc device using micro-grid technique and Electron BackScattering Diffraction (EBSD). The main goal of this work was to verify use of these techniques in the case of mechanical friction. Austenitic stainless steel 316L was chosen as a studied material. Friction tests were carried out on the pin-on-disc equipment. Normal force 16N which implies, according to the Hertz theory, elastic deformation and 130N which implies elastoplastic deformation were applied. Different periods were chosen to distinguish different contributions of wear process during formation of friction trace.

  • Tato práce se zabývá měření deformace v blízkosti třecí stopy vytvořené na přístroji pin-on-disc. pomocí mikromřížek a EBSD. Hlavním cílem bylo ověřit vhodnost použití těchto technik pro analýzu povrchu podrobeného mechanickému tření. Jako studijní materiál byla vybrána austenitická korozivzdorná ocel 316L. Namáhání třením bylo provedeno na přístroji pin-on-disc. Při tření byla aplikována normálová síla o velikosti 16N, resp. 130N, která dle Hertzovy teorie ve vzorku vyvolá elastické, resp. elastoplastické deformace. Pro rozlišení různých procesů při vytváření třecí stopy byly zkoušky různě dlouhé. (cs)
