Description
  • This research was focused on investigation of morphology of specimen surface after friction test using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)and 3D microtopograph. Austenitic stainless steel 316L was chosen as a studied material. Friction tests were carried out on the pin-on-disc equipment. Normal force 16N which implies, according to the Hertz theory, elastic deformation and 130N which implies elastoplastic deformation were applied. Different periods were chosen to distinguish different contributions of wear process during formation of friction trace.

  • Tento výzkum byl zaměřen na zkoumání morfologie povrchu vzorků podrobených tření pomocí řádkového elektronového mikroskopu 3D mikrotopografu. Jako studijní materiál byla vybrána austenitická korozivzdorná ocel 316L. Namáhání třením bylo provedeno na přístroji pin-on-disc. Při tření byla aplikována normálová síla o velikosti 16N, resp. 130N, která dle Hertzovy teorie ve vzorku vyvolá elastické, resp. elastoplastické deformace. Pro rozlišení různých procesů při vytváření třecí stopy byly zkoušky různě dlouhé. (cs)
