Description	Urban areas are equipped with hundrerds of sensors. The basic problem is to transform the tremendous time series of measured data to the parameter which shows to a dispatcher the quality of services. The article describes using of Principal Component Analysis for transformation of measured data to the State space. It enables the generic view on LOS.
