  • Motor molecules use in nanotechnology is the next logical step after design of structures at the molecular level. This development phase has been solving in parallel with the development of new nanostructures. Given that nanotherapy is focused on targeting effect in precisely defined location, it is expected that one of the therapeutic methods will be nanorobotics in situ. In medical applications, it is advantageous to use for carrying out the motion of molecules, which are normally available in the organism. Motor molecules in cells are discussed in terms of transfer processes and explained in detail on the example of microtubule - kinesin system.
