Description	This early stage research paper describes the methodology for evaluation of a flight guidance system of an emergency landing decision support system for ultra-light aircraft. This system is intended to be used in small sport aircraft in order to help pilots cope with critical situations such as engine failure. Paper is focused on evaluation of first dry-run round, where four different metaphors were tested. As a result a hypothesis is formed and a direction of future research is proposed.
