Description
| - The intelligent power supply unit ensures reliable feed of four 12VDC and one 5VDC power outputs. The unit is equipped by two external power inputs. One with rating 9-70VDC/5A and second with rating 9-20VDC/5A. The power unit is controlled using synchronous serial communication protocol based on the command-acknowledge-reply scheme with RS-232 interface. Control of power outputs is driven by setting of back-off, period and power-on time of every single 12VDC and 5VDC output. The unit is also equipped by sensors for monitoring currents, voltage, battery charging current, battery capacity and temperature. Unit is actively controlling the battery charging process according to temperature to provide the higher battery lifetime and capacity.
