  • Během posledních desetiletí významně vzrostly žádosti o levné inerciální navigační systémy, a to ať už pro oblast automobilové navigace, osobní navigace či navigace pro bezpilotní letecké prostředky. Důvodem byl především technologický pokrok ve výkonnosti mikro-elektro-mechanických senzorů (MEMS). Levné inerciální navigační systémy však stále vykazují velké chyby v poloze a náklonech, což otevírá nové příležitosti pro další inženýrský výzkum. Tento dokument popisuje zlepšení přesnosti jedné takové levné AHRS jednotky. Zmiňovaného zlepšení bylo dosaženo pomocí odšumění hrubých dat z inerciálních senzorů vlnkovou analýzou s nastavitelnou úrovní rozlišitelnosti (WMRA), která byla aplikována na reálná data získaná z testu automobilové navigace. This paper deals with a method for improving the performance of a low-cost Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS). The improvement was achieved by de-noising rough inertial data using a wavelet multi-resolution analysis (WMRA) applied on real data acquired from a car navigation field test.
