  • Energy is a substantial and widely recognized cost of building operations that can be reduced through energy efficiency and related measures that are part of green building design. Energy production from fossil fuels results into high greenhouse gases. One of the main reasons for switching to hydrogen economy is to prevent global warming caused by burning of fossil fuels. Solar-Hydrogen-Fuel Cell System can be applied in %22sustainable%22 building as decentralized energy source. This paper will focus on reduction of CO2 and amount of electrical energy production of the system in Prague's average weather conditions.

  • O energii je známo, že tvoří důležitou část provozních nákladů většiny staveb. Produkce energie z fosilních paliv má za následek zvýšenou produkci skleníkových plynů. Přirozeným důsledkem těchto faktů je vznik tzv. eleného designu. Globální oteplování je právě jedním z důvodů přechodu k palivovým článkům. Kombinace solárních a palivových článků je jednou z možností udržitelného rozvoje v oblasti konstrukce energetických systémů budov. (cs)
