Description	Electricity consumption as the highest form of energy increases in the long run. However with the context of the global warming and climate changes on Earth, it is necessary to decrease carbon dioxide emissions coming mainly from the combustion of fossil fuels. For that reason power utilities but also small electricity producers are interested in possible electricity production from renewable energy sources (RES). A question appearing for businessmen in the energy branch is follwing: to how extend does it pay off to invest in developing or reconstructing a plant producing electricity from RES? The question is easy and the businessmen wants simple answer - maximum amount of money they will obtain from the investment in RES installation during a certain time (payback period) with the required rate of return (or return on investment).
