Description
  • The sandwich system with two metallic electrodes was applied. Internal structure contains two types of conducting pathways: paths without gaps and paths with gaps. The I-V characteristics of the type with SnPb and Cu electrodes were studied. The I-V characteristics of the type with SnPb electrodes were linear, the Cu type electrodes shows nonlinear characteristic. The most probable conducting mechanism of the Cu system is quantum-mechanical tunnelling of electrons.

  • Pro experimenty byl použita sendvičová struktura dvou kovových elektrod a kompozitu. Struktura kompozitu je tvořena vodivými cestami bez mezer a s mezerami. Voltampérové charakteristiky s SnPb elektrodami jsou lineární, Cu elektrody mají charakteristiky nelineární. Nejpravděpodobnější mechanizmus vodivosti v systému s Cu elektrodami je kvantově-mechanické tunelování elektronů. (cs)
