  • Optical dimension measurement becomes more and more popular. New sensors and methods are being developed. This paper deals with evaluation of such methods used on the standard CMOS sensors. Such sensors have a complex shape pixels what can make the sub-pixel interpolation unusable. This work describes several methods which compensate this problem and increase the sensor resolution more than 30 times.

  • Optické měření rozměrů se stává čím dál populárnějším tématem. Stále jsou vyvíjeny nové senzory a metody měření. Tato práce se zabývá jednou takovou metodou použitou s běžným CMOS obrazovým snímačem. Složitý tvar pixelů takového CMOS obrazového senzoru neumožňuje použití sub-pixelové interpolace. Práce se zabývá několika metodami, které tento problém kompenzují a s jejichž použitím lze dosáhnout třicetinásobku přesnosti dané rozměrem jednoho pixelu. (cs)
