Description
  • This primary study is intended to implement a non-invasive pulse wave (PW) measurement of a human arterial system. Measured phonocardiographic signals are used to estimate parameters of arterial segments, above all the arterial compliance. A model of selected parts of the arterial tree was proposed for this purpose. The model is based on electric analogy of the transmission line and the arterial system. The parameters are identified using optimization methods and sensitivity analysis in a time domain in Circuit interactive analyzer (C.I.A.) software.

  • Elánek se zabývá metodou pro neinvazivní stanovení parametru vybraných tepenných úseku, poedev1ím jejich poddajnosti. Vybraný úsek arteriálního oeei1ti byl modelován jako nelineární poenosové vedení LCRG. Parametry navr3eného modelu (a tím i zkoumaného úseku arteriálního oeei1ti) byly stanoveny s vyu3itím metody identifikace v easové oblasti implementované v programu C.I.A (Circuit Interactive Analyzer).
