  • This text is concerned with a design of crossover filters with respect to a complete loudspeaker equivalent circuit. Used equivalent circuits are mentioned - both a simple one and a detailed one which expresses exactly enough loudspeaker features. It is shown that the difference of crossover filters frequency responses between using the simple equivalent circuit and the detailed one is not small. Therefore, a modification of the crossover filter is made. An optimization based on the evolutionary algorithm is used for obtaining component values. The resulting frequency responses of the crossover filters are only a little different from the desired.
