Description
| - In this essay we presented basic ideas of our research in simulation and visualization of Artificial Life domain. Our approach is largely inspired by biology, and more specifically by the field of ethology, which attempts to understand the mechanisms, which animals use to demonstrate adaptive and successful behaviour. One of the key aspects of this research is the utilization of modern visualization approaches with standard AI techniques, namely sensitivity analysis and clustering. Another very important aspect is that visualization tools we have developed to support analysis are integrated together to allow seamless iterative analysis on various levels of MAS. Behaviour of the system and its reactions depend on what happened in the past. It is highly beneficial to view the whole history of changes of the system.
