  • V rabote predstavlena litaya struktura a struktura posle gomogenizacii splava AlMg5Si2Mn+(Zr+Ti) otlitych v kokil. Obrazcy byli issledovany metodami diferencialnoj skaniruushej kalometriej (DSK), svetelnoj i elektronovou mikroskopiej, i izmereniem mikrotverdosti. DSK issledovaniya pokazali chto temperatura plavleniya evtektiki u splava AlMg5Si2Mn+(Zr+Ti) byla ustanovlena 593±2,5°C, chto vyshe chem u komercheskogo splava AK7. Issledovaniya mikrostruktury pokazali, chto gomogenizaciya proizvidit izmeneniya morfologii lamelej evtektiki Mg2Si v sfery. Izmereniya makro a mikrotverdosti pokazali, chto tverdost postepenno povyshaetsya pri starenii.
  • The as-cast and heat treated structure of permanent mould of the AlMg5Si2Mn alloy has been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), microhardness measurements, light and transmission electron microscopies. DSC measurements show that the eutectic melting temperature was about 593±2,5°C and it is higher than that of commercial A356 casting. alloy. Results of solution treatment showed that eutectic lamellas changing their morphology to spheres. The macro- and microhardness tests show that hardness continuously growth during artificial aging.
