Description
  • A module for an aerometric values computation consists of a differential pressure sensor Freescale MPXV7002DP (DPS), an absolute pressure sensor Freescale MPXA4115A (APS), a temperature sensor Analog Devices TMP36, a control board (CB) with a microprocessor Freescale MC9S12XDT and of a Pitot-static probe (PSP). PSP is connected with pressure sensors by silicon tubes, so that the APS measures a static pressure and the DPS measures a dynamic pressure. CB processes sensors output voltage with its inner AD converters and provides data filtering by a digital filter and the computation of determinate aerometric values. These values are: the static pressure, the dynamic pressure, a temperature of an ambient air, an indicated air speed, an altitude and a vertical speed. These measured and computed values are sent through a CAN bus in a CANaerospace format to a superior system, which can be represented by a central control module or by PC including a Matlab program providing required interface. The functional prototype is the result of the project MSM6840770015, partial task %22Microsensors in aeronautics%22.
