  • This article compares the results of numerical simulation of 3D flows through turbine cascade TO-3a/E using EARSM and SST turbulence models. EARSM model was implemented to our in-house code as well as in freely available OpenFOAM package. The solution was calculated for subsonic regime with outlet Mach number M=0.5 . We show that both models give very similar results in this case. We also show that EARSM and two-equation eddy viscosity models can give different results in more complicated cases of the flow.
