| - This paper presents the first particular results of the long term research project %22The Development of Environmental-Friendly Decentralized Power Engineering%22 , code number of 6840770035, administrated by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. This part of the project was focused on the assemblage of the experimental stand and on the verification of the data acquisition system. The optimal working point testing was set as a next aim. An experimental stand with the combustion turbine unit was constructed for this project. The gas turbine with the rated output power of 6 kW was used as an experimental model. The torque moment characteristics of the gas-turbine model for different loads on the turbine are presented as the results in the paper. From these characteristics the optimal working point with the best efficiency was evaluated. The data from this part of the project will be used for the design and construction of a heat exchanger for the cogeneration in the next s
