  • Článek přibližuje výsledky řešení úkolů VCSVTT v rámci EU projektu EcoFIT, který je zaměřen na vývoj strojů s výrazně sníženou hmotností pohybových struktur. Navržen a realizován je zkušební stav a jeho virtuální model pro testy řízení velmi poddajných mechanických struktur. V rámci tématu pokročilých metod řízení je vyvíjena metoda využívající signál zrychlení pro rychlostní vazbu a metoda stavového řízení. Na příkladu reálného stroje z produkce Kovosvit MAS, a.s. je provedena výpočetní studie návrhu odlehčené konstrukce pohybové osy X s využitím kompozitových materiálů. (cs)
  • The paper describes results of the RCMT tasks solution in the frame of the EU EcoFIT project, which is aimed at the machine tool design with drastically reduced mass of moving structures. Experimental test bed and its virtual model for testing of very compliant mechanical structures control has been designed and built. In the frame of the advanced control techniques topic a method of acceleration signal exploitation in the velocity control loop and state feedback control techniques are being developed. On the example of a real machine tool from the Kovosvit MAS range a computational study of X-axis lightweight design with composite materials application has been performed.
