  • Pacienti jsou stále maladší a vlivem toho i více pohybově aktivní. Obecně to způsobuje vetší namáhání a poškození kloubních komponent. Simulace %22in vitro%22 je vhodným nástrojem jak toto chování studovat. technicky je nemožné dosáhnou stejných podmínek jako v kloubu po implantaci, ale můžeme se jim velmi přiblížit. Zejména se jedná o vhodnou kinematiku a dynamiku pohybů. (cs)
