  • V této studii byly naměřeny tahové vlastnosti vepřové šlachy flexor digitorum profundus. Pro měření byl použit testovací systém MTS Mini Bionix 858.2. Vzorky byly upnuty do nových čelistí, u kterých bylo použito upravené soustružnické sklíčidlo a byly navrženy výměnné plastové a kovové kontaktní plochy s lichoběžníkovým a zaobleným profilem. Dále je zde teoretické porovnání těchto profilů. Byl zde odvozen i vztah pro minimální požadavek na koeficient tření v závislosti na působících silách a úhlu profilu. Při experimentálním porovnání profilů byly obdrženy tahové síly ve šlaše 1462.4N pro plastové a 1437.0N pro kovové zaoblené kontaktní plochy. Podobné výsledky jsou pravděpodobně důvodem dosažení dostatečné třecí plochy pro testované šlachy. Zmíněná plocha byla pravděpodobně dosažena již pro rozměry kovové plochy, jež měla menší výšku. Pro tyto velikosti třecí plochy je volba testovaných materiálů pro uchopení čerstvých vzorků nepodstatná. (cs)
  • In the present study the in vitro tensile properties of the swine flexor digitorum profundus tendons were obtained. For a measurement the testing system MTS Mini Bionix 858.2 was used. The specimens were clamped by new jaws which were developed by modifying of lathe chuck and were suggested replaceable plastic and metal contact surfaces with trapezoid and rounded profile. Furthermore the theoretical comparing of these profiles and the derivation of relation for minimal demand on coefficient of friction depending on applied forces and angle of profile are in the text. For experimental comparing of profiles the tensile forces were obtained, 1462.4N for plastic and 1437.0N for metal rounded contact surfaces. The similar results are probably reason of reaching sufficient area of frictional surface for tested tendons. The mentioned area was already reached for geometry of metal component which had smaller height.
