  • The paper is focused on design of carbon composite fan rotor blade. The fan is a part of propulsion system for small aircrafts, which is composed from four-stroke four-piston motorcycle engine (108 kW @ 7605 rpm) and fan connected with the engine by composite driveshaft. Aerodynamic and strength design was done to obtain proper shape and reinforcement layup. In the work technological design is mainly examined aimed to find the most suitable structure with respect to required mechanical properties of the whole system and its dynamic behavior. The SP Systems SPRINT technology is analyzed with the aim to apply it for manufacturing of the blade as an alternative to RTM, which is usualy used for different parts like blades.

  • V článku je uvedena návrh oběžné lopatky osového dmychadla provedeného z uhlíkového kompozitu. Dmychadlo je součástí propulsního systému určeného pro pohon lehkých letadel tvořeného čtyřdobým pístovým motocyklovým motorem (108 kW @ 7605 ot/min) a dmychadlem spojeným s motorem kompozitovým hnacím hřídelem. Navržená konstrukce vychází z aerodynamického řešení a vyhovuje z hlediska pevnosti a dynamických vlastností provoznímu zatížení. Pro zhotovení lopatky byla navržena technologie laminování s ulhíkovými výztužnými vlákny s využitím progresivní technologie Sprint jako alternativa k obvykle používané metodě RTM. (cs)
