Description
  • Postupná ztráta důvěryhodnosti senzoru regulované veličiny v regulačním obvodu (tzv. diskredibilita senzoru) může způsobit vážné, těžko zjistitelné problémy při regulaci. Jestliže senzor poskytuje zkreslené informace, které nejsou ani správné, avšak ani zcela špatné, pak hrozí nebezpečí, že regulovaná veličina překročí povolené meze udržení na požadované hodnotě), aniž by se to projevilo na odchylce od žádané hodnoty. Toto není pouze jediný negativní důsledek. Někdy se mohou objevit nepřijatelné vedlejší efekty, které zůstanou nerozpoznány. Problém těchto vedlejších nerozpoznatelných vlivů je obzvláště důležitý u spalovacích procesů. Obvyklým (ale někdy drahým) způsobem detekce diskredibility je použít hardwarovou redundanci. Cílem našeho výzkumu je nahradit drahou hardwarovou redundanci softwarovými nástroji. Tento příspěvek ukazuje tento přístup na porovnání dvou softwarových modelových metod (genetického algoritmu a algoritmu simulated annealing). (cs)
  • Gradual loss of the credibility of sensors measuring control variables in control loops (so-called sensor discredibility) may cause serious problems in control that are difficult to detect. If such a sensor produces biased data, which is not correct but not totally wrong, then there is a danger that the controlled variable will exceed the limits of a tolerance range without displaying any difference from the set point. This is not the only negative consequence. Sometimes, undesirable side effects may occur and remain unrecognized. The problem of these indirect unrecognized impacts becomes especially important in combustion processes. The usual (but sometimes expensive) way to detect discredibility is to use hardware redundancy. The aim of our research is to replace this expensive hardware redundancy with the use of software tools. This paper compares two software evolutionary model-based methods (genetic algorithm and simulated annealing).
