  • This work deals with computer simulation for high pressure casting technology. There are described several simulation an their comparison with real process on desk casting type. The all simulation was made on software PAMCAST. Verification was made by X-ray photo and by defects The main part from this work describe the problem of boundary condition and set up of NC machine for high pressure casting technology. The main goal is research influence of squeeze effect during pressing phases and study metal flowing in chamber of CNC machine.

  • Tato práce porovnává o počítačové simulaci technologie tlakového lití. Je zde srovnáno několik simulací s reálnými výsledky (pomocí RTG). Hlavně se zabývá problematikou definování počátečních a okrajových podmínek s využitím squeeze efektu. (cs)
