  • Naším cílem bylo porovnání matematických modelů kontaktního tlaku v kyčelním kloubu s numerickým modelem a z vyhodnocení výsledků určit, lze-li metodu konečných prvků užít pro modelování nenosné části kyčelního kloubu. Porovnávali jsme tři matematické modely rozložení kontaktního tlaku s numerickým modelem totální náhrady. Na základě získaných výsledků rozložení a maximálních hodnot kontaktního tlaku jsme usoudili, ze je možné modelovat nenosnou část kyčelního kloubu pomocí metody konečných prvků. (cs)
  • Our target was to compare the mathematical models of the contact stress with a numerical one and to evaluate the possibility of using the finite element method for modelling the non-bearing parts of the hip joint from the results. We compared three analytical mathematical models of the contact stress distribution with a numerical model of total replacement. On the basis of acquired values of the distribution of contact stress and maximal stress we concluded, that it is possible to use the finite element method for modelling the non-weigh bearing part of total replacement of the hip joint the finite element method.
