Besides methods which are promising and seem to be useful for practical control and engineering fields (as are Fuzzy Modelling, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithm and Semantic Modelling by Ontologies) there are emphasied in the paper %22branching points of AI%22 (non representational approaches and emergent synthesis) which evoke strong associations and turn human attention to priciples of modelling of mind and to evolution of intelligence.
