Description
| - The paper presents a part of the results, which were achieved within the framework of large study solving. The scopes of study were calculation, comparison and possible improvements of mathematical models, which are currently available for prediction of rheological concrete behavior (creep and shrinkage). The analysis of the available mathematical models was done at first. It deals with the effects of various input parameters and their critical evaluation. The next step is evaluation of the experimental measurements data, which were made on the test specimens in the experiment focused on the slender concrete elements behavior. This experiment was primarily aimed at short times after structure realization in a matter of months. Practical measurements conclusions were compared with the mathematical prediction of the creep specimen’s behavior. Mathematical models, which were used for comparison of the expected and real behavior, were models implemented in the currently valid standards ČSN EN 1992-1-1, ČSN EN 1992-2 and also Model B3.
