Description
  • The article deals with comparison of two tendons layout system of the bridge constructed by using cantilever technology. System of prestressing tendons layout consisted from bent cantilever tendons supplemented with short prestressing tendons placed on the bottom of the section in the middle of the span (together they form continuous tendons) and system of prestressing tendons layout consisted from straight cantilever tendons supplemented with continuous tendons. The analysis is mainly focused on comparison of the influence of prestressing tendons layout system on deflection reduction in the middle of the span on the final statical system and deflection reduction of the end of cantilever on the cantilever statical system. Analysis observe also development of inner forces caused by prestressing.
