Description
  • The aim of this paper is the analysis of strain after removing of formwork of RC element in early age respecting the process of formwork removal. The studied element is simply supported beam with 6 meter span. That has been replaced by strut-and-tie and modelled using the method of finite elements 1D. The early age mechanical properties of concrete are cardinally affected by ongoing process of hydration. In order to describe this process we have based the description of properties on function of microstructure development. Later on we assume strain from loading with following creep. The results are deflection according to time of formwork removal and their comparison with limit values.
