  • Kvantové tečky PbCl2, které byly vytvořeny v matrici NaCl byly detailně monitorovány pomocí optické spektroskopie. Povrchová energie mezi nově vytvořenými kvantovými tečkami a matricí, resp. aktivační energie difúze dvojmocných iontů olova v matrici NaCl, byla určena aplikací teorie nukleace a ze znalosti závislosti absorpčních křivek při různých teplotách. Získané hodnoty veličin jsou v dobrém souladu s výsledky pro ostatní alkalické chloridy a mohou sloužit k optimalizaci přípravy kvantových teček v pevné látce. (cs)
  • PbCl2-quantum dots formed within NaCl-matrice have been monitored in details using optical spectroscopy. Within context of nucleation theory and utilizing the evolution of absorption curves at various temperatures, surface energy between newly-formed QD and matrice, resp. activation energy of diffusion of divalent lead ions in NaCl-matrice have been determinated. These quantities are in very good agreement with those obtained for other alkali chlorides and may serve to optimize preparation of QD within bulk solid.
