  • We present a study dealing with temperature dependency of the so-called incubation period at nucleation stage of evolution of hardening of cement-based materials. As it follows from our experimental data, this quantity-corresponding to the moment at which latent heat released may be observable-decreases with increasing temperature. Using simple thermodynamical considerations we show that the incubation period is mostly affected by the temperature-dependent surface energy between newly-forming clusters and the original cementitious paste

  • Předkládáme studii, která se zabývá teplotní závislostí tzv. inkubační doby v nukleačním stádiu vývoje tuhnutí cementových materiálů. Z experimentálně zjištěných dat plyne, že tato hodnota, která odpovídá časovému okamžiku pozorovatelného vzniku latentního tepla,se zmenšuje se vzrůstající teplotou. Použitím jednoduchého termodynamického zákona můžeme ukázat, že inkubační doba je velmi ovlivněna teplotní závislostí povrchové energie mezi nově vytvořenými klastry a původní cementovou pastou (cs)
