  • The author´s discusses the physical principles of laser scenning systems and their parameters. Practical application is documented by examples of surveying of complicated technological units and constructions, documenting of the real state of the engineering structures or transport buildings, topographical mapping of the surface of the underground areas and documentation of historical monuments in the area of architecture and archeology.Economic benefits of application of laser scanning systems are evaluated .One chapter is dedicated to work safety principles with laser device. More theoretical issue is concentrated in the appendices, so that these considerations do not violated course of reading of the book´s text itself. There were also summarized the latest results of the scanner testing carried out by the authors.

  • Autoři diskutují fyzikální principy laserových skenovacích systémů a jejich parametry. Praktické uplatnění laserových skenovacích systémů je doloženo příklady zaměwřování složitých technologických celků a kostrukcí, dokumentováním reálného stavu stavebních či dopravních staveb, topografickým mapováním povrchu či podzemních prostor a dokumentacví památek v oblasti architektury a archeologie.Ekonomické přínosy uplatnění laserových skenovacích systémů jsou zhodnoceny.Jedna kapitola je věnována zásadám bezpečnosti práce s laserovými přístroji. Teoretičtější problematika je soustřeďena v apendixech,aby tyto úvahy nenarušovaly průběh četby vlastního textu knihy. (cs)
