  • Regionální frekvenční analýza je použita za účelem zpřesnění odhadů pravděpodobností extrémních srážkových jevů v ČR. Článek popisuje první krok regionální analýzy, který spočívá ve vymezení homogenních oblastí podle statistických vlastností srážkových extrémů. Aplikováno je několik testů regionální homogenity, založených na odhadu 10-leté srážky, L-momentech a jejich rozptylu. (cs)
  • Regional frequency analysis is utilized to improve estimates of probabilities of extreme precipitation events in the Czech Republic. The paper deals with the first step of the regional analysis that consists in the identification of homogeneous regions according to statistical characteristics of precipitation extremes. Several tests for the homogeneity of regions are applied, based on the 10-yr event, L-moment ratios, and the variation of L-moment statistics.
