  • Vrstevnaté struktury složené z tenkých vrstev SrTiO3 a DyScO3 byly připraveny pomocí laserové ablace. Dielektrické vlastnosti vzorků v terahertzové oblasti při pokojové teplotě byly studovány za přítomnosti i bez přiloženého vnějšího elektrického pole. Vrstvy SrTiO3 vykazují až 65% změnu permitivity v elektrickém poli a vzorky umožňují dosáhnout až 33% modulace výkonu prošlého terahertzového záření u 500 GHz. (cs)
  • Several types of multilayer structures based on SrTiO3 and DyScO3 thin films were prepared by laser ablation. The dielectric properties of these samples without and under applied static or low-frequency electric field at room temperature were determined in the terahertz spectral range by time-domain terahertz spectroscopy. We demonstrate up to 65% variation of the permittivity of SrTiO3 films and up to 33% modulation of the power transmission of terahertz waves at 500 GHz.
