  • Je popsáno pozorování a studie UV-zářením indukovaného absorpčního pásu v materiálech KTa1-xNbxO3 ( x=0.004, 0.007, 0.012, 0.070 ).Při ozáření světlem (300-400 nm) byl při nízkých teplotách nalezen široký indukovaný absorpční pás v NIR spektrálním oboru při 1790 nm. Výsledky studií jsou spojovány s lokalizací nábojových nositelů ve formě elektronových polaronů při nízkých teplotách. (cs)
