Description	Cílem tohoto příspěvku je najít rozdělení měřicí chyby, která je způsobená drsností měřeného povrchu. Standardní odchylku této měřicí chyby nazýváme nejistotou měření. Nejistota měření je počítána numericky. Výsledky jsou srovnány s analytickým řešením. (cs) Das Ziel des Beitrags ist es, die Verteilung des durch die Rauigkeit der Oberfläche verursachten Meβfehlers zu finden. Die Standardabweichung dieses Meβfehlers ist die Meβunsicherheit. Die Meβunsicherheit wird numerisch berechnet. Die Ergebnisse werden mit der analytischen Lösung verglichen. The goal of this paper is to find the distribution of the measurement error induced by the roughness of the measured surface. The standard deviation of this measurement error is called measurement uncertainty. The measurement uncertainty is calculated numerically. The results are compared with the analytical solution. (en)
