  • Metoda povrchového fotonapětí je zobecněna pro vzorky libovolné tloušťky. Jsou odvozeny vztahy pro fotoproud a napětí naprázdno se započtením reflexí, povrchové rekombinace a tloušťky. Metoda je aplikována na křemíkové destičky, vrstvy Si:H a články y Si a CdS/CdTe s cílem určit difúzní délku minoritních nosičů (cs)

Relations for the photocurrent and the open-circuit voltage are derived including the effect of reflections, surface recombination and sample thickness. The method is applied to silicon wafers, Si:H layers, Si and CdS/CdTe cells in order to evaluate the diffusion length of minority carriers
