  • V tenkých nanokrystalických diamantových vrstvách silně legovaných borem byly pozorovány pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie Fanovy resonance, ukazující na přítomnost delokalizovaných stavů pocházejících od borových akceptorů. Zvýšení koncentrace boru vedlo ke změnám v Ramanových spektrech způsobeným vznikem vazeb B-C v blízkosti hranic zrn a rovněž k výskytu supravodivého přechodu, jehož kritická teplota byla blízká hodnotě pozorované v epitaxních vrstvách (cs)
  • In heavily boron doped thin nanocrystalline diamond films the Fano resonances have been observed by Raman spectroscopy, indicating a presence of extended states due to the boron acceptor. Increase of boron concentration has led to changes in Raman spectra caused by a formation of B-C bonds near the grain boundaries and to an appearance of the superconducting transition at critical temperatures close to those observed in epitaxial layers
