Description
  • Negative magnetoresistance is observed in nitrogen-doped ultrananocrystalline diamond films. It is shown that electrical transport in this system has low-dimensional, quantum character and can be explained by a weak localization phenomenon. Transport mechanism in boron-doped films exhibiting positive magnetoresistance is also discussed.

Práce ukazuje, že elektrický transport v tomto systému má nízkodimenzionální, kvantový charakter a že jej lze vysvětlit jevem slabé lokalizace. Je rovněž diskutován mechanismus transportu v vrstvách legovaných borem, které vykazují pozitivní magnetoresistanci (cs)
