  • tenké vrystvy ZnO byly deponovány pomocí reaktivní pulzní alserové ablace ze dvou terčů, Zn a ZnO, v radiofrekvenčně generovaném kyslíkovém plazmatu. Výsledné vrstvy byly charakterizovány pomocí skanovací elektronové mikroskopie, mikroskopie atomových sil, RTG difrakce, fotoelektronové a infračervené spektroskopie. Bylo provedeno srovnání mezi konvenční pulzní laserovou depozici a pulzní ůaserovou depozicí asistovanou reaktivním radiofrekvenčně buzeným plazmatem (cs)
