  • Je detailně popsán růst orientovaných trikrystalů slitiny Fe-Si metodou visuté zonální tavby. je ukázáno, že úspěšný růst takových struktur je možný za předpokladu stejného směru růstu všech krystalů tvořicích takovou strukturu a úhlů mezi hranicemi zrn (rovnoběžnými s osou růstu) všech dvojic krystalů blízkých 120o. jsou diskutovány zdroje nežádoucího odklonu trjného styku z polohy ve středu trikrystalu a specifikovány požadavky na úspěšný růst trikrystalu (cs)
  • Growth of oriented tricrystals of an Fe-Si base alloy by means of floating-one technique is described in detail. It is shown that successful growth of surch structure is possible when the growth directions in all component crystals are close and when the angles between each two grain boundaries that are parallel to the tricrystal axis, are close to 120o. The sources of undesirable inclination of the triple junction from position in tricrystal axis are specified and discussed, and the requirement for successful growth of tricrystals are specified
