Description
  • We report new successsful results concerning matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation of thin films and target modification as a function by laser processing of azopolyurethane targets. Films were deposited with a KrF*(?=248 nm, ?FWHM= 20 ns) excimer laser source on double-sided polished (100) Si wafers. They have been characterized by FTIR and AFM. We succeeded in depositing thin films highly adherent to the substrate and having a chemical content close to that of the target. The inner structure of the films strongly depends on the incident laser fluence.

  • Informujeme o nových úspěšných výsledcích ohledně pulzní laserové depozice tenkých vrstev s asistencí matrice a o modifikacích vrstev v závislosti na laserovém opracování azopolyuretanových terčů. Úspěšně jsme připravili vrstvy vysoce přilnavé k podložce s chemickým složením podobným terči. Vnitřní struktura vrstev silně závisí na hustotě energie laseru. (cs)
