  • Existence tzv. %22kompenzačního jevu mezi entalpií a entropií%22 jako inherentní vlastnosti systému je prokázána na bázi thermodynamické analýzy. Kompenzační jev je dokumentován na příkladech segregace příměsí na hranicích zrn a na migraci hranic zrn. Je ukázáno, že změny hodnot charakteristické entalpi a entropie způsobené změnou energie hranic zrn (změnou jejich struktury resp. chemické povahy systému) vykazují kompenzační jev. Bez ohledu na povahu těchto změn existuje mezi oběma termodynamickými veličinami lineární závislost, pokud je mechanismus procesu stejný (cs)
  • The existence of the so-colled %22enthalpy-entropy compensation effect%22 as an inherent propertty of a system is proven on the basis of a pure thermodynamic analysis.The compensation effect is documented for the example of grain boundary segregation and migration. It is shown that the changes of the values of characteristic enthalpy and entropy that fulfil the compensation effect are caused by the changes of grain boundary energy via the changes of grain boundary structure and system chemistry: despite of the nature of such changes, a single linear dependence between the enthalpy and entropy should exist under the same mechanism of the process
